At the heart of our Platinum CPD360 service lies a focused commitment to curating bespoke professional development plans that empower you to take a purposeful step back in order to gain clarity in your professional journey.
As part of the Platinum CPD360 process, you will define short, medium and longer-term goals. These key objectives will serve as your roadmap towards a highly fulfilling and sustainable career, as well as providing clarity and direction; ensuring you are channelling your professional development efforts and resources effectively.
During our one-on-one meeting, we will develop a strategic plan that outlines the actions required to progress you towards achieving your goals. Included in this plan are specific timelines and clearly defined milestones, that will help to keep you focused and accountable.
In our current state of busy-ness, it is all too easy to stay within our comfort zone. However, in order to grow and progress in your career as a veterinary professional, there comes a time when you need to challenge yourself; push yourself into the “stretch zone”. It’s uncomfortable. And it’s hard. Hence the need to develop strong intrinsic motivation and the opportunity to uncover (or rediscover) “Your Why”.
We also offer our Platinum CPD360 service to entire veterinary practice teams. The process starts with an initial consultation with the practice leadership team, to determine the key CPD objectives for the practice. Each team member then undergoes their own CPD360, resulting in the curation of an individual professional development plan. A global practice report is subsequently generated that presents a birds-eye view of the key strengths and weaknesses within the veterinary practice; along with accurate and objective information that can be utilised to strategically align your CPD budget to the goals of the practice and the team members collectively.
